Our normal delivery time is 4-5 weeks. We will advise of any delays at point of ordering (for example if your chosen fabric is out of stock for any period of time or if demand means that our lead times are slightly extended).
Once your handmade furniture is ready we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for our white glove delivery team to deliver and install your furniture wherever it needs to go.
PLEASE NOTE :- All our furniture is supplied with seat cushions which are a medium/firm sit. Cushions will however soften up by around 20% in the first 6-8 weeks of use.
You will be asked to sign for your delivery and to state that it has been received in perfect condition. Any damage should be reported at time of delivery.
Please note we will not take away your old furniture and it is up to you to re-home or dispose of this.
Customers have 14 days from point of delivery to request a return which must be done in writing to tim@modellifabrics.com , also stating the reason for the return.
We will arrange a convenient time to collect your furniture.
Once furniture has been returned to our factory it will be thoroughly inspected. If it is found to be in perfect condition - i.e., the same condition as when it was delivered - we will issue a full refund minus the original £60.00 delivery charge.
However we absolutely reserve the right to make deductions from the amount refunded for any of the following reasons :-
1. There is any damage or staining
2. Evidence of pet hairs
3. Evidence of smoking
4. Evidence that a stain treatment has been retrospectively applied to the fabric
Please note that we will not entertain any request for return once the initial 14 day period has elapsed.
